“Left a day early due to cleanliness issues. Host did not respond to timely explanation of issues and refused to refund cleaning fee for unclean space, let alone the night we didn't start. I found an excrement mark on my towel. Anyone with pets or children knows this washes out, thus I can only conclude that my bath towel was unwashed. Spare towels also dirty. Floors dirty and in bad repair. Long hair left in tub. I respectfully submitted my concerns to the host as is required and was ignored/not……

“The only issue was a clogged sink in bathroom which we reported and was never taken care of until our third day. We reported it on our second day at breakfast to our waitress and she said she would take care of it. Unfortunately if she did anything we didn’t see a difference until another delightful lady came back to our room and undid the sink stopper and used a coat hangar to remove gross black crud. It was a nasty dirty job but she happily did it with a smile. My kind of worker. She was well……

“The casita was so cute and a great location when it comes to walking to anything accessible. Very close to good restaurants, coffee and even a grocery. The big drawback for us was it was on a main road, so Very loud with traffic. Lots of loud engines, abruptly revving, late into the night. It was almost impossible to sleep, except from about 2-6am. Having to shuffle cars from one lot to another because of one parking lot only being until 8am (overnight), and another from 8-night time was a……

“Beautiful location and very comfortable space. Unfortunately we did not receive timely location or check in instructions from owner through VRBO. Manager was helpful but spotty phone service made it difficult. Thank goodness we were there during daylight as it would have been very difficult to locate at night. ”
