Clean, comfortable and modern. Kitchenette was well provisioned. Very short drive away from main downtown area. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return when next in Emerald.

Everything was very clean and new. Shower was large. We stsyed in a Family room, which was very spacious. Didn't use kitchen, only for cereal, but had a great sized fridge and all equipment you would need.

Fabulous new motel. Friendly check in. Very clean and comfortable. Great little kitchenette. Easy walk to Botanical Gardens. Very short drive to Main Street. Definitely recommend.

The room was booked through Expedia on a pay on arrival with an Expedia discounted rate. The property refused our payment on arrival advising they had already debited the CC used as a hold the room. We were not offered an invoice or receipt. The property said that they always charge the card in advance of arrival because they have issues with Expedia. The next day after leaving we received an email direct from the property requesting the next time we intend to stay to book direct using the link in the email. We noted our CC had been debited the previous day including a substantial surcharge which could have been avoided if we were able to pay on arrival by other means. Not happy with the experience, who ever is at fault.

Nice hotel
For an accessible room, it was awkward. Having the table and chairs in the passage way and a fridge that opens the wrong way made it difficult to manage. Simple fixes could make a big difference.

This very well ricedmortrl is just out of town within waking distance to the botanical gardens. Staff were friendly and the room we had was newly renovated and very clean. A wonderful surprise for a low cost stay.
