Nice hotel in a centralized location

It was very nice, check in was fast and rooms were well cleaned. Good hotel in the Downtown area with great accommodation.

It was a nice, clean hotel in an area with easy access to restaurants and shopping, both within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel, great staff and good licstion

I really enjoyed my stay. The WiFi was so slow I turned it off, the bathtub was about 8" too short, the room AC was pretty noisy (I eventually shut it off) and there were no usable electrical outlets near the bed (fortunately I had a 12' extension cord for my CPAP). I'd stay again but wish for a few things to change.

I expected more

I expected more from the four point sheraton. Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, but my room was tiny my bed and pillows gave me neck and back pain and the AC unit was not working, it only blew air but did not cool the room so I was sweating most of tbe night and very uncomfortable.

Close to AMTRAK

Pros: the hot tub.
Cons: The room we were assigned could be used as a storage closet.
Location: food, drinks and AMTRAK are all within walking distance
The room we were in was adjacent to the elevator shaft. We were able to listen to the elevator all night. I'll just categorize it as an expensive mistake.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and nearby restaurants

Pros: Close to many things that we wanted to do. Met relatives closeby
Cons: The hotel rooms are too small. We liked the hotel but the rooms are narrow and bathroom tiny
Location: Liked the location, great restaurants nearby
We had a great time. Near our relatives in Oakland and close to Berkley where our grandson had a soccer game. Enjoyed our time there.

Nice, contemporary hotel in a great location.

Pros: It is conveniently located near shopping centers and restaurants.
Cons: My only complaint was that the carpet probably needed to be replaced or deep cleaned, there was a faint odor.

Terrible Staff Members Not Recommended

I booked a single king bed over a month ago, but was assigned to a single double bed when I arrived. The staff didn't explain anything until I went back to the front-desk to ask. They told me that the single kind bedroom was sold out and it sounded like that I was lucky to even get a room to stay. Terrible front-desk service, lack of the professional service manner. They tend to over sell their room during weekends, so don't stay their during weekends.
