Nice accommodations and very helpful staffPosted Aug 21, 2017
Very accommodating, pleasant staff. We arrived on a early flight that morning. I called from the airport to let them know. With that advance notice, they had a room available when we arrived and they were very, very pleasant about it. Our room was nice, the was bed was comfortable, and the hot tub was relaxing in the evening. We were just there for one evening, but I will stay here again when I'm visiting my son at Berkeley.

Too noisy hotelPosted Aug 21, 2017
We had a room facing where the freeway was and you could hear the traffic all the time.. they charged seventeen dollars for breakfast and it certainly wasn't worth it.

Good location to explore San Francisco areaPosted Aug 10, 2017
Great helpfull staff especially the manager, clean comfy room- request a non roadside room , good breakfast. Good location to explore San Fran and further afield. Be mindful of rush hour and high car park fee in city. Family friendly.

Awesome!!!!!Posted Aug 9, 2017
Cons: Can't think of anything your staff missed. They were spot on!!!
Location: The cove by the marina was great, It was close to the train station where I picked up my dad. Plenty of restaurants in the area.
This was an absolutely wonderful experience. I arrived early and Alex was a gem making arrangements for my early arrival. The Hotel was clean and fresh. The rooms were superb!!! Not only will I recommend this to everyone I know visiting the area, I will make a point to stay here again when I am in the Bay area. Thank you so much helping make my trip great!!! Bridget Luebbert

Close to EverythingPosted Aug 1, 2017
Pros: Location, Staff, and Cleanliness. The smoking patio is great if you are a smoker.
Cons: Needs and outdoor pool.
Location: Chevy's restaurant is very close. Tex-Mex, Excellent. Bay Shops are are around the corner.
Nice hotel. Beds could have been a little more comfortable. Dinner selection could have been larger. Breakfast and Bar was great. Very close to catch the Emery-Go-Round to get the Bart into SF This location is very busy. However, no matter where you go, if you are driving, the traffic is terrible. Give yourself double time unless you are leaving at 5am. Big Thing....wear a warm jacket. Even if the temp is 70+, the wind is cold on the Bay, in SF, and Monterey. Pretty much anywhere except Wine Country.

Great location across the bayPosted Jul 29, 2017
We stayed here for two nights. The room was cleaned daily. It was a huge room with a comfortable bed. The a/c worked well. The closet was a California style so it didn't have much room. The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes from San Fran so be prepared to commute or Uber. Our Uber cost $23 to get to Fisherman's Wharf. It was well worth it. The bartender gave us tips to see a Giants game and take a day trip to the Winchester mansion in San Jose. The Giants game and Winchester tour were great additions to our trip.

Great for airport access other than..,Posted Jul 22, 2017
Took my bags out to my car around 5am. Had my key card but eh front doors would NOT open. Called the "late check in" phone, no answer. I started knocking softly with my ring on the glass. Still nothing. I was in the inner door of the main entrance which has no air conditioning. I knocked louder and louder and called and called. Ten minutes later, front desk clerk came around with her coffee and biscuit and proceeded to tell me I wasn't "standing in the right place for the doors to open". Nice. I won't be back.
