Convenient to the Kansas tollway.

Pros: It's convenience to the major interstate we were traveling on.
Cons: Spacing consideration when assigning rooms. Improved sound proofing/insulation between rooms.
Location: Close to Interstate 335 (Kansas tollway)
Convenient to get to off the Kansas tollway. Very helpful and friendly staff at the desk. Unfortunately we were given a room, in a mostly empty motel, right next to an occupied room. Walls were quite thin and we heard the majority of his conversations. When he closed the door to his room, our walls shook. The room and bathroom were nice and clean though, wifi worked well. They had a nice breakfast available, but the staff, while very pleasant, couldn't seem to get our simple order of eggs, toast and bacon correct. We travel with our dog and sadly it seems that every motel that is pet friendly is slightly less than satisfactory on some level.

Cons: Do not rent out pool side rooms!
We were given a pool side room. Smelled so bad. Need to close those rooms

The pillows where extremely uncomfortable which made it hard to sleep and the breakfast was so gross that we couldn't even eat it. Staff was really friendly and the location was good

Had king bed and room was small

Hung coats up on coat racks and coats were in front of bathroom door had to move coats to get into bathroom.
