Avoid at all cost.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Booked this hotel through hotels.com and the person at the front desk could not get it to go through and had to call around until a member of management answered to get it to process. Then my wife and I were greeted to a room that wreaked of smoke. Not only that, but after 30 minutes of sitting on the bed we noticed bite marks on our legs from bed bugs. It grossed us out so bad that we left after an hour of being in the room and found another hotel in the area. Being booked through hotels.com I am out the money, but my comfort is way more important. I have stayed in many days inns in the past, including one I stayed at in the same week as we were travelling that was great, but this one needs to be shut down. I am sure the "owner" will make excuses as he does with every review, but there is no excuse for conditions being so poor. When I complained the person at the desk wouldn't even argue because it looked like she even knew how bad it was. Avoid this place like the plague.
