The desk clerk, Jacob was friendly and check-in went smoothly. Got to the room, a lot of trash in bathroom trash can. Trip one to the front desk: moved to another room. Trip two to the front desk: key for new room didn't work. Trip three to the front desk: new key didn't work either. Transferred to another room (not before finding out room two was occupied by an unregistered guest). Room three also had trash on the floor, but before could go the front desk; 4 people appeared to clean the room which took them 15-20 minutes. Went to eat at a BBQ restaurant that Jacob recommended (fabulous). Back in room, couldn't connect to WI/FI, called the front desk. Jacob said they had rebooted the system the day before but he would send mgr. to check our room. Jacob called back to say they were going to reboot their system. Jacob called again, stating problem was with the provider and they were coming to fix. Another call from Jacob, he would call when service returned. No call as service still off the next morning (might not be hotel's fault but disappointed non the less). After all this, no offer of refund or discount.
