I stayed 9/7/24-9/8/24. Front desk clerk was very rude. I booked and paid through Expedia, my payment to Expedia went through (I even had my receipt) but the Expedia to the hotel payment was having issues going through. She made me call Expedia after driving 8 1/2 hours or she wasn’t allowing us to check in. After standing there going through a million phone prompts with Expedia she decided to call her manager. The manager said it was not an issue on my part and to let us check in and the hotel would call Expedia to straighten it out. This woman had awful customer service and clearly was not happy at her no . I will no longer stay at an IHG
