I didn’t feel I had a particularly warm welcome. After ringing the bell the front door was opened and a lady returned immediately to the reception desk. I was told to pay, which was fine. Then given my key and told room number which was upstairs. Never once was I offered any assistance with taking my case upstairs. There was a big sitting room, which was pretty clinical. The breakfast was very good as were the staff in the dining room.
