Cigarette smell and burns in the sheets. Room was freezing and thermostat didn't work

We are a smoke free hotel, however some people do not respect our policy (in which we have a penalty fee for) apart from that it is very hard to identify where the smoking activity is coming from. Any time you are in-house please let us know and we will try our best to help you out whether you know where the smell is coming from and we can refuse service to that customer, or we could have tried moving you floor, etc. We appreciate your feedback and your business. We hope to regain your trust by better servicing you next visit.

I made the reservation via expedia.com. The reservation was for that same night and one night after. Later that day my plans changed and I called the Ramada to cancel. The phone rang for a while before a young-sounding woman answered. She told me she could not cancel my reservation, that Expedia.com had to do it. Expedia called the Ramada several times but got no answer. They promised to keep trying. Today, 5 days later, I was informed the Ramada refused my request for a refund. So, because the Ramada at Wyndham is either understaffed or poorly staffed I was refused. Unprofessional.

Unfortunately Expedia.com and any third party reservation is non-refundable after the 24 hr cancellation window. As per your comment, calling the day of arrival is too late as per the cancellation policy the reservation had to be cancelled the day prior before 6pm.

I have never in my life written a review. This hotel was terrible. It was 112 degrees outside and our room never got cooler than 76.8. We were told it was central air and couldn't get any cooler. The carpets were gross. I couldn't find a working ice machine except for the 6th floor! The staff was nice but honestly the hotel was gross and SO WARM. Super bummed!

Didn't like anything.. carpetn rooms are horrible, carpet needs recarpeting painting a must... whole building feels filthy and creepy. CALL IN THE PROFESSIONALS TO BULLDOZE &TEAR IT DOWN this heap of a supposed hotel... MISSED THE MARK!
