It was amazing, perfect location, very nice hotel , clean rooms , good swimming pool, perfect food in restaurants

Disappointing

Pros: Nothing. I checked out after the first night.
Cons: everything needs improvement.
This hotel managed to move from amazing to totally disappointing in a couple of years. What a shame. Food is bad, dinner at Al Hadeerah is very bad and the show has become very low in quality, rooms smell, really disappointing.

Pretty hotel with desert experience

Nice room, nice pool and staffs are helpful. I like the pool with a desert view and you could see camel ,too

Wonderful stay, but not what it used to be.

It was a very nice stay, but not what it used to be a few years ago. We were there for 3 nights and for two of them the buffet wasn't available because there was not much occupancy. The food we ordered was GREAT though.

Relaxing get away from Dubai busy

Good overall

Apart from the checkin delay everything was very good... their was a lot of flies in the pool although they were cleaning it regularly; because of the area

A desert experience

Pros: Very peaceful.
Location: There isn't much to do nearby. Jeep and camel trip in the desert can be arranged.
Our stay was short but good. The hotel, an Arabian Fort experience, is lovely but expensive. It is in the desert about an hour away from Dubai, but does not have big rolling dunes unfortunately. A good experience though of desert life.
