It seemed a bit odd that we saw only three other adults in this hotel, but the customer service was outstanding. My three children had the pool to themselves and there were several places to choose from, for dinner. All were within 10 minutes away (driving). Unfortunately the ice machines were not working on two of the floors and the vending machines were sold out of the drinks we wanted. We looked on the fourth floor and immediately noticed a strong smell (not pleasant). The free breakfast was decent, depending on what you choose. Eggs were basically small crumbs, pancakes were very thin and rubbery, and the bacon was paper thin and brittle. Otherwise they had cereal, several types of breads to choose from, fresh yogurt, boiled eggs, etc. The only reason I would not stay again is because the breakfast could've been better. I'm bothered that Hotels.com sent me an email with a great discount but taxed me over $25, which made my room $100+. If this is the case then I may as well go with a more expensive room that would offer even better.

This hotel has the most friendly staff I have experienced in years. The rooms are well appointed and the entire hotel is very clean.
