The staff was great. They took care of everyone and our animals after our evacuation. Very caring and helpful.

Staff was great for all of us evacuating to the hotel from the hurricane. They went out of the way to make us comfortable.

nice hotel in houston

Pros: clean, quiet, friendly staff
this is my second visit to this hotel and I was not disappointed, this is a friendly, clean and comfortable place to stay while you are in Houston.

Just My Comments.

The room was hot, AC wasn't working properly advised front desk maintenance came and checked the vents and added refrigerant room was a little cooler, not much. Asked for additional towels was questioned about how many towels did we have advised we went swimming and had to use the towels from the room.

I'm so sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. We work hard to make sure each guest has a pleasant experience, but apparently we missed the mark here, and I'm truly sorry about that. I believe the Front Desk team member inquired about the number of towels because we have pool towels outside, but apparently that wasn't explained to you. I'm sorry for your unhappy experience, and I hope you give us another chance soon. Thanks!

Old hotel

Rooms smelled terrible and the staff was very rude. I always take my own pillow when I travel and this time I accidentally left them in the room when I checked out when I returned 2 hours later to retrieve them they were nowhere to be found and the staff wasn't very helpful in locating them. If you decide to stay at this location don't leave anything behind you may never see it again

Hi Phil. I'm so sorry that you were unhappy with your stay, and that you felt your items were disregarded. As it was explained to you by our GM, the team looked everywhere for your pillows, but was unable to locate them anywhere, and we are sorry for that. As for the poor condition of your room, I will definitely get with our Exec Housekeeper to make sure the issue is addressed. With regards to our staff not being at their best, I'm sorry you left the hotel feeling that way, and I will also be sure to speak with everyone here and show them your comments so we can have a reminder of why we are here. Nice environment as usual

all was great except for the little small black ants that seemed to be all in the kitchen counter and around the sink...other than that hotel is a great place and a great staff that make you feel welcome!! I always stay here and will be back!!
