Just okay

Hotel is in good location but the over all cleanliness was just okay. Bathrooms could have been cleaner and my side table lamp was broken. Room very dusty! Front desk staff and manager Brian seem distracted when presented with issues.

Old and outdated still damaged

The hotel took in water during hurricane Harvey and it should not be open yet. Very outdated and old. Needs lots of renovations. Room was dirty, bed was uncomfortable, bathroom was gross. Had room for two nights and decided to leave early.

Great location at an even better price than others

Visited family in Houston for the holidays and definitely Will stay here again! stayed for 6 days and always felt comfortable the entire time.

Very clean and nicely decorated

Temperature was awesome. Bathrooms, linen, room, and lobby was very neatly kept and decorated nicely.

Nice hotel and right off the highway

I enjoyed my stay at the Omni, it was my first time staying there and the staff was very nice and my room was exactly what I needed. I wish I could have stayed longer, and the price of the room was very reasonable for what I got.

Inconsistent hot water :-(((((

Location: The hotel is located a "food desert" -- VERY inconvenient in that regard.
Receiving hot water to my room took FOREVER and even cut-out at times!!!! The staff did not seem to know their own policies, e.g., when does the breakfast buffet end. I was told 11:00 a.m. and it was 10:00 a.m. -- that is a lack of quality training -- FIX THAT!!!! The elevator may have been the SLOWEST I have ever experienced!!

Average hotel that is truly overpriced

The lobby and staff. Were very nice but this hotel is extremely overpriced for what you get.

Omni Hotel

The room was nice and hotel was nice. But 18 a head for breakfast tht includes cereal and fruit is ridiculous. There was no working ice machine. Fridge was broken in the room. Rooms are really outdated. Bath towels we’re super scratchy. Over all, the room was clean and I didn’t think I might get bed bugs.
