Great place to stay

Pros: Everything. It is clean and a very plesent staff
I stay here every year for an overnight. This is a very clean and well run Hotel

Convenient hotel.

The staff was friendly. They do not have protective covers on their mattresses- to protect against bed bugs.

I stayed for 2 nights and 1st morning maintnance personel barged into mu room at 9am while i was still asleep than asked if i had issues with my lights. I never reported any issues to the front desk of having issues with ny lights and didnt have issues with my lights. Second morning room servoce lady unlocked my door between 9am and 10am and came in. I dont think i will be staying at this location again.

Thank you for staying with us and for posting your comments on Expedia. I apologize you had issues with our staff entering your room to service and clean it. All staff is trained to knock before entering and announce themselves as they enter the room. We even do this with vacant rooms. The best way to avoid us knocking and disturbing you while you are in the room is to use the "Do Not Disturb" sign that can be placed in your lock. All hotels have these signs for guests to use if they don't want an employee entering the room to service it. There is also a safety lock you can use from inside the room that will not allow anyone in. Safe travels- Richard Austermann General Manager

Snow storm

I arrived Wednesday Jan 3rd, and the next day we had a whopper of a snow storm. The hotel was totally prepared. They had staff stay over night, there was a bucket loaded on site. The operator of the bucket loader and the shoveling crew did a fantastic job keeping the parking lot and sidewalls clear. Great job.
