Mike, I apologize for the issues you had while staying with Ramada by Wyndham Enid. With nighttime temps being so low it takes a while to warm up a room. We are taking steps to have rooms preheated before a guest arrives.The hallways have not been heated for some time. Deena,I am sorry your stay with us did not meet your expectations. We are hoping to complete our renovations early this next year. New beds, new furniture, and amenities for the rooms. As for breakfast, A new restaurant will be opening in the middle of December with a new menu.
