Guest laundry was broken didn’t bother to put up a sign. Even after they knew, wanted the free coin. Motel has sewage drainage issues. Smelled horrible!

Floor wasn’t clean. Crickets on the floor. The bathtub didn’t drain. Minimal breakfast. The manager couldn’t give me a paid in full receipt when I checked out at 7:00 am. till 11:00am she said. The manager barely spoke English. The room price was very good. Not much else.

Messy and broken
First impression when I pull up is I see mattresses and furniture setting all along the railing upstairs. When I open the door my room didn't appear bad. But the toilet wouldn't flush and the fridge was loud. In the middle of the night the heater started making a horrible noise and I had to turn it off. Temp outside were in the 20's so it was a little chilly when I got up. I notified the front desk but all I got was she would let maintenance know. The price was cheap so I got what I paid for.

It was a good price, but my bed wasn’t changed when I got in I seen hairs on the blanket on the spot where I’m supposed to lay down. Other than that the staff are very friendly and it’s affordable.

Website automatically selected 2 days in stead of one and after I was already tired and worked all day and had to drive I spent about 3 hours trying to cancel the second day for two rooms because I only needed one night and they refused to help me! I understand their are policies but I lost about $150 for two rooms I didn’t use on Friday night and I spent over 2 hours trying to contact the hotels customer service to reach the manager

Clean enough to sleep comfortably. Didn’t see any bugs. Staff was friendly. Check in was quick. Shower was HOT. Free breakfast was just cereal and waffles. WiFi was good.

Service was terrible, no one was at the desk when we arrived, after i rang the door bell a young lady came out with an attitude, no smile. There was mold in the bathroom(room 202), bottle cap on the floor and in the hallway, no iron, no bags for laundry, barely any lighting. When checking out, no one at the desk, pushed the doorbell many times, no one after 5 minutes had to call the front desk number to get the same lady from the night we checked in, rude attitude barely talked. Small breakfast area, maybe 5 people can fit there. Well this was a last minute pick so i got what i paid for. Still dont recommend to anybody.
