Overall, clean, comfortable, courteous. Facility was somewhat dated and basic, but I appreciated the price, breakfast, and service. I would stay here again.

I only stayed one night as it was a stopover on a road trip. However, everything was great. The bed was comfy; I got a good nights sleep. Although a little outdated, everything in the room was clean and in good condition. I had breakfast before hitting the road again and that was pretty good too. Coffee was weak, that would be the only downside for me. For the price I paid, it was a lot more than expected. I would definitely stay again. Maybe I will on my way back home lol

At check in the man never got off his personal cell phone. At all. He continued his personal conversation in his native tongue and was laughing. He had quite a few English words thrown in there so you could follow the conversation to some degree which is how I could determine it was a personal phone call. Regardless, as a customer one customer should never be ignored while serving them. Literally the ONLY things he said to me was when he whispered ‘Are you checking in?’ At the start of the process. He did this while he held the phone to his ear and the other person was talking. Having checked into hotels before I knew the procedure so knew when to hand him my license and then my cc. Near the end he said please sign here. That’s it. Very, very rude, Very, very impersonal. Very, very disrespectful. Very, very unprofessional.

Just an older facility. Breakfast was decent for being included: 3 dry cereals; assortment of sliced breads/ bagels; yoghurts; apples and oranges; waffle maker; scrambled eggs and breakfast sausage links. Included coffee and juices. Staff were very helpful and polite.

it showed a hot plate in the pictures when i booked it but there was no hot plate but other wise the stay was great my husband really loved that we didn’t walk right into the bathroom and the room size wasn’t crammed

One night in Harrisburg
Check in process was quick and easy. Overall happy with how timely we were able to get checked in later in the night. Only issues were I requested a late check out that did not register with the employees who were scheduled to clean the room around 1130 one of the employees entered the room while my partner and I were still sleeping. no issues with check out fairly quick and simple. Great room for the price.

Basic room - Could use new carpet
Very affordable room. Clean. Good location. Front desk was very nice and came up right away when we called about problem. Room could use new carpet or at least shampoo. I always wear bootie socks, never bare feet. Socks were very dirty after 3 day stay. One issue: Rear entrance way was not cleared of slushy snow and I was afraid of falling.

People complained about the rail yard across the street but my kids loved it and wasn't to loud at night. There's a gas station, McDonald's and Wendy's right next door for a quick meal. Overall very happy with the stay and will be back for future adventures in the area!

When we arrived,the check-in was quick for their was no one else there. we did not go to our room right away. we found the room to be average. My daughters bed was either no made up right or someone had been on it. the sheets were not tucked in, and she had to make the bed all over again. Breakfast was average. Waffles, yogurt, and assortment of bread for toasting. It was from 6-9am. My daughter had a shift from 8-11 and I stayed back. Checkout was 11, but the manager said I could stay in the lounge until she came which was 12. I had a good nights sleep, all drinking cups were paper and plastic but were all wrapped individually. Small breakfast room. A stain on carpet in our room but bathrooms were clean. All in all it was a typical room. For the money (we paid $56 including tax) it was what we paid for. I would stay again.

“The Low-Quality Inn”
Wow. Stay away from this place. Dirty and in great disrepair. Horribly stained bedding, dirty trash cans, broken towel racks, clogged toilet (not from our use). I could go on. We will never be back, that’s a promise.

Sheets were stained a bit but that might be even after washing them as they looked clean. Chairs in the room were dusty & the bathroom doors were damaged a bit. Overall for the price you pay & when it comes to just calling it a night while you are traveling, this is good
