people were nice here, service was good but i wouldn’t recommend coming here. i booked this hotel bc it was 1) called a “resort” and 2) it had a large room where we can put our daughter’s crib. i’m a bit confused as to why it’s called a resort when it has zero services / aspects that a resort offers and has. at 6:45a, i went to get coffee in their lobby (which is the about 300 sqft) & there was a man sleeping on two chairs snoring. i quickly left and felt uncomfortably awkward. came back at 7:30 as he was barely waking up and told me coffee will be ready in an hour — 8:30... around 8:30 they just started making coffee — NOT A RESORT. our water was ice cold & wasn’t running hot nor warm in the sink. the weather was cold so having warm water was important esp w/ a baby. when i was able to speak to someone i was told to run my water for 2 HOURS before it turned warm which is a joke. then they offered me another room which was also inconvenient. finally someone came and said it was fixed but later, it still didn’t work. i was over it. lastly, their heater / AC unit is fixated right above the bed so air is blowing in our face all night. the final night i sneezed the entire time and so did my daughter. we couldn’t turn off the heater bc it was insanely cold & theres no way to move the wind from blowing directly on your face. the nights were horrible so we left immediately at 6am. i asked for an extra blanket & they gave me a really dirty smelling one that i just left on the floor.
