“+: Very central location. Huge room with big views. Good value. All the staff is great, from the manager to receptionists to cleaners; very welcoming, smiling, kind. Linen / towels have a hint of chemical smell, had to buy my own towel because couldn't stand it. Not sure if it's the washing products, fabric softener or something the cleaners spray. There's dogs barking all night in one side of the building, had to change room and then it was all good Aircon was smelly. Needs to be cleaned more...

“Clean and modern, Kampot is so small almost anywhere is convenient. My only warning is a lack of power outlets near the desk. After changing rooms and providing an extension cord this was easily solved, but initially I was told to string a cord across the first room (right across the entrance), which would have also eliminated the solo outlet for the refrigerator. Glad they worked with me”

“The Staff was very helpful. We left an unused pool towel outside the night before and they did their best to try and find it. The location is excellent with an easy and safe walk to many restaurants along the riverfront.”

“Our stay was great : the hotel itself has a nice setup with different pools and an access to the river. The common space are big, in the shades most of the time and well maintained. The food was unexpectedly great, like really really good. The room was good, with everything needed to have a good night. Would definitely stay again !”

“Resort is not completely finished yet, but really clean and spacious. The restaurant was absolutely delicious. There were a lot of facilities on the resort you can use for free. We would recommend staying here.”

“Beautiful hotel off the beaten path but not too far from town. Loved the private feeling from taking a boat ride from the very nice private pier to the hotel. The entire staff consistently went way above and beyond to take care of us. The food was incredible as well. Id give more stars of possible. Thank you for the incredible stay!”
