Old Hotel, unhelpful management

Terrible experience. Musty rooms. Hotel will charge you for baby food and it's room delivery. Worst experience in a hotel ever.

Child Policy : Children under 10 are entitled to free Breakfast . Parents for babies can feed their babies on free food from Buffet Stations in the Restaurant . Food ordered from the A La Carte Menu are charged whether for adults or infants . Hotel does not offer Baby Formula food , parents for babies are expected to take care of this , though the hotel can offer equipment and warming facilities.

About what you would expect. However ants in rooms and floor of dining room left filthy in areas from the night before, not surprised they have an ant problem. Beautiful grounds and incredibly friendly staff.

Worst experience I have ever had in a hotel.

Terrible experience is an understatement. Avoid this hotel at all costs or you will regret it as i discovered. Take notice of all the other reviews about this hotel it is so bad. Hotel is a one star minus pretending to be a 3 star. It is outdated, lacks investment and maintenance, staff very unhelpful, over-priced not good value, couldn't wait to leave. Avoid this place!

24 hour stay

I stayed in Entebbe since I was arriving so late after traveling for 24 hours and the 24 hour stay was exactly what I need to acclimatize. I had emailed the hotel as I was leaving the U.S. to see about a shuttle from the airport and as I walked out of the airport, there was a sign with my name on it. Just perfect. Even so late at night, everyone was so friendly - the driver, Winnie at the front desk, the bellman. I was embarrassed to not have small bills yet to tip everyone because they definitely deserved it. Then to find a large spacious room (equivalent to a U.S.-based suites hotel room), clean, toiletries, 2 bottles of water (so appreciated), and a good breakfast the next morning. I had to check out by 10am but had 3 hours before continuing my trip so I walked to beach and to the Botanical Gardens (highly recommended). Great stay, nice people, good location.
