Hotel appears to have been recently redone and is very clean. I loved the fact that there were multiple electrical outlets that were easy to access not requiring furniture to be moved to plug in chargers and computer

Our stay was great. Rm was clean shower had good pressure bed was good. Young lady at check in was very cordial and kind to offer any kind of assistance we might need. We will definitely stay there again

There is some traffic noise but the maid was great and the older gentleman at the front desk will go out of his way to make your stay better.

When we come home to visit, we never had the opportunity to stay at Best Western. I’m so glad we did. It made my husband and I feel at home. This will be the hotel going forward when we come home to visit Alabama.

Once you were inside, doors closed, and blinds pulled, the hotel was great. But a better description is MOTEL rather than Hotel. Its a good place to stay in small town USA. I would stay here again.

Very rundown. Not worth the price you pay!
Breakfast was almost non existent.....cereal but no milk! Bed was the worst I have ever slept in! I am a VIP and was not offered any upgrades or ammenities! The cleaning crew needs to do a more thorough job of cleaning! Desk staff acted like we were an inconvenience at check in. Only plus side is it was quiet.

This hotel was adequate. The hotel is older but has been remodeled. It is modernly decorated but still has that old hotel feel. It has conjoining room options so you can hear some nose from the adjoining room. Although it is quiet outside. The shower would sporadically get cold (maybe someone was flushing their toilet). It a nice hotel for this small quant town. I would stay here again if I came to see my family again.

Great Place to Stay
BW Andalusia always provides great service and a great price. Shayne was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We tried the Holiday Express last year and were not impressed. It sure wasn't worth the 40% premium over BW. The room was nicely appointed and very comfortable. We got the suite which provides a couch and a little more space. The room was very quiet even though we were next to the laundry room. This is our go to place in Andalusia.

Front Desk Agent canceled booking prior to arriving at 10pm. Canceled booking and said "I didnt know where the reservation came from." Had to then get the manager involved and check in delayed almost 30 minutes.
