So Disappointing

Cons: Clean the carpets in the rooms
Was in Enterprise for an overnight visit. I have stayed at this Holiday Inn before maybe a year ago and it was fine but not this visit. Was given a room on the 1st floor - musty smell was horrible and had stains all over the carpet. I asked front desk to please move me to top floor and they did with no problem. This room wasn't as smelly but carpet was stained - huge red stain next to bed and door doesn't lock from inside or outside. Gentlemen at front desk did get the door fixed but then the TV wasn't setup. He had to come back and setup the TV. I gave the Hotel Staff a good rating because he worked hard trying to fix the problems and moved me immediately when I requested a new room.

The problem is the hotel needs to be upgraded very badly. The beds were uncomfortable and saggy the rooms were less than desirable and the front desk clerk would not give me a receipt. Very unusual for a holiday in express but I expect them to take He'd and get this hotel in shape

Warning.. do not stay! Bad hotel!

Overall, our stay here was horrible! We were first assigned a room that we thought wasn't cleaned at all and the bedding and pillow covers were still crumpled up in bed, looks like it was just used. The door was open when we got up to that room. We were then moved to a different room on the same floor. The carpet in our floor was very old and smelled musty and wet. It was kinda rough to endure that smell even for one night. The beds were old and the sheets were old and so uncomfortable. Nothing like a hotel feel at all. We paid over $130 with the tax for 1 night and it wasn't worth it at all! The only good side to this hotel are the friendly staff and welcoming receptionist. Breakfast was not good either!! You would be better off with a different hotel!

Place was booked totally. But we made a reservation and it was available when we arrived. At first the gave us a room where someone was staying, but they found our empty room right away. Only problem with the hotel was the elevator was rough!
