This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The way the rooms were assigned felt discriminatory. I strongly advise Asian travelers not to stay at this hotel. In general the Hotel is great, clean and on the best location in the city

This hotel has an excellent location and is within the walking distance of multiple restaurants, shoppings and train stations. The breakfast is really good and has lots of choices! Unfortunately the room does not have air conditioning, this was especially tough since those days it was very hot in Interlarken. Also, the bathroom is quite small, estfor family.

I have stayed in Basel many times and this hotel is by far my favorite. Beautiful air conditioned roon, ultra helpful and friendly staff, perfect central location, and an anazing gym complete with dual cables. Definite five star
