Great Staff - Pleasant and affordable hotel

Posted Sep 2, 2015
Pros: Staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and fairly comfortable..
Cons: The rooms need a little bit of updating like more comfortable beds with new linens, flatscreen TV's and new carpets. Overall the rooms are good.
Location: Everything in the small town of Enumclaw is close to the hotel - within walking distance. The town is only 30 -40 minutes away from Tacoma and Seattle
The Guesthouse is a clean hotel that includes a breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility needs a little bit of update but I believe these are new owners and a plan for remodeling is in the works.

Very outdated and Dirty

Posted Aug 25, 2015
Pros: it was close to our event for our business, the local cafes are great
Cons: See above
Location: went for business
We walked into a room with no security latch, the door jam was damaged, which we suspect might of been kicked in, the bathroom wall above the door had brown splatter marks near it, not enough towels were provided, tv only had limited channels, bed was uncomfortable. We did not feel very safe there.

Great proximity to White River Amphitheatre

Posted Aug 10, 2015
If you're looking for a hotel close to the amphitheater, this is your place. 10 minutes in the opposite direction of concert traffic is where this hotel is located, so it's perfect in that aspect. Free wifi and breakfast is a plus too. The room was a decent size, as well as the restroom (with double sink). The downside? Tiny scratchy towels, hard beds and the worst hotel pillows I've ever come in to contact with.

You get what you pay for.

Outdated. Continental breakfast a joke. However, the bathroom was clean, the air works, and slept ok.

Not a bad hotel for the price, could use an update

Posted Jul 26, 2015
Pros: The price and location
Cons: See the comments listed in the above block.
Location: In town and close to shops and park.
Spent one night at the hotel, it sufficed for a one night stay and the price was decent. It is in need of a major update however. The carpet was torn in several places, there were no coffee cups in the room, no bar soap in the shower nor shampoo. Beds weren't bad, saw some sort of insect in the room but took care of that with a newspaper. All in all it's not a garden spot in the hotel trade but it does what it's supposed to, gives one a place to sleep without any costly extras.

Poor management

Posted Jul 14, 2015
Checked in at 3:30 to a dirty room, had to wait till 4 in order for it to be cleaned. My ac didn't work and the shower curtain bar fell off the wall, also thick layer of mold around tub. I only received an apology by the front desk staff, I called the manager and never heard a response. Safe to say I will not return.

Staff was friendly and helpful, willing to change room assignments for something quiet. Staff were unable to facilitate connecting to the internet. Password didn't work. The room was nice enough but stuffy. Sink porcelain was chipped. Liked having a little refrigerator.

Nice front desk people. Clean sheets/Scary mattresses.

Posted May 11, 2015 on Hotels
The front desk people are lovely but the motel has seen better days. Our room lamps had two missing/non working lamps and the bed sheets were very clean but the mattresses were scary looking on the sides. The attached restaurant had delicious chips and salsa and cold beers. Looks like they are slowly trying to update. Their courtyard has some potential.
