After driving all day, it was nice to be greeted by a friendly host! Cozy place with a beautiful courtyard. And an adjoining Mexican restaurant that had excellent food and drinks!
The “manager” was horrible and really lacked customer service. The housekeeping workers were knocking on the door at 8am and came back again at 9am knocked and entered without stating who she was and my mate was only in under clothes and the manager said “well I can’t do anything because they were doing their job”

I chose this property because they would accommodate pets and I have a 10 lb Shih tzu.
I was frankly disappointed that everything was in need of an upgrade. CHEAP!!! From the paper thin sheets to the sad queen comforter on a king size bed to the toilet paper that scratched your butt when used. I went to the drugstore to replace toilet paper so I could use the facilities. The staff was friendly enough, but it wasn’t enough to overcome all the other flaws. I’ve used Expedia many times without this kind of problem. I’ll be a little reluctant to go through Expedia in the future.

Amazing property! they have maintained it well and the staff was informative and friendly. I loved the set up of the place and was really comfy. The hot water was instant which was nice. Rooms were very comfy and clean.
We have stayed at this property many times. They have been wonderful to deal with and the staff friendly. We've not had any problems there so not sure what the "customer service" would be like. My bet it would be handled in a timely manner. I recommend if you are looking to stay in Enumclaw.
The bathroom was very dirty. There was hair all over the floor and some sort of brown residue on the bathroom door.

close to downtown shops an restaurants and convenient to the free bus to Crystal Mountain, this recently refreshed motel offered a comfortable place to rest. The complimentary breakfast had pretty broad offerings and was a great added value as we refueled for a second day of skiing!

It appears to be an older property where the rooms have been nicely upgraded. Room was really clean, quiet, had everything you need. The check in and check out staff was knowledgeable, helpful, cheerful. Super nice, easy process. The breakfast was open at 6AM on a weekend, much appreciated. Plenty of options for a light meal available. I will be back.

Great accomodations and centrally located to the downtown area. Under 1 mile walk to all the restaurants, shops, breweries. Super clean and awesome customer service.
People are great. Doing a good job with the repainting.

Wonderful staff! Mike, Jessica, Gib Dated but clean. Very spacious king bed room. No elevator. Be aware evening parking can be a challenge because of popular Mexican Restaurant inside the hotel.
