Worse property I have ever stayed at!!!! Room smelled moldy and dirty, literally every time you opened the room door to enter the odor hit you so strongly. The shower curtain had mold on it. The Faucet on the face leaked water everytime we turned it on. There were hair strands all over the bathroom floor. We called for an iron at 9am and waited til 11am, called again repeatedly to follow up and never got the iron.

All of it was lovely EXCEPT the bathrooms are the Achilles heel --poor water pressure, poor lighting for makeup application and sink always backs up.Chicken wings were dry dry dry - but the servers were attentive & friendly. cute & sexy bar area, gorgeous furnishings, great drinks and the room was great! Except for the bathroom the property, location & staff were fabulous from the front desk to the front door. Even knowing the challenges, I'd stay again.

The front desk clerk assigned my room to someone else (the people that were directly behind me in line). Thank God me and my child were dressed because a man and woman walked in on us. Once I returned from my function, made it to my room on the 23rd floor, my key did not work. I went to get it replaced, went back to my room and the key still not work. After coming back down for a 3rd time and getting my key replaced again. My key finally worked. Me nor my child could sleep due to the fact that our room had been compromised priory that day.

The history is remarkable and the design is stunning. No match though for the hospitable, kind, knowledgeable staff. Jerome, Levette, and James are truly some of the best.
