“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”

“Very nice hotel but they badly need to replace the carpeting in the rooms. Old and tearing in places and appeared very dirty. Other than that it was a nice stay. Staff was great! If the carpeting was replaced I would definitely consider staying again. ”

“I booked this property because it had a pool, and I had 2 grandchildren. I was told DAILY that the pool would be available, yet it was not. I stayed one week, and the pool was only operational during the last two days. Also, the breakfast was almost nonexistent on several days. I attempted to eat breakfast at 8:00 on 4/6, and there was no bread out for toast, no bagels or pastries, no hard-boiled eggs, no fresh fruit of any kind, and there was garbage on the floor, no one cleaning up the……
