Great accommodations in an historic building.

Posted Sep 24, 2017
Pros: Atmosphere, proximity, free parking in front of hotel
Location: In the heart of everything in Erice.
Great experience staying in a converted convent. Very clean! Breakfast was good and our host, Vito, was very nice and helpful.

Try someplace else

"Private bathroom" should not mean down a hallway. "Air conditioning" should not mean a fan.

Great Value

Posted Apr 12, 2017
Pros: Very quiet, Very pleasant and unusual ambience staying in a large building which was previously a convent.
Cons: Some sort of tray in the shower to hold soap and shampoo would be nice.
Location: Erice is set on a high hill with spectacular views when it is not foggy. Very little to see and do here and the nicer restaurants close at 9.
Friendly staff, good breakfast , large comfortable room, free parking , 50 euro per night.

Nice large B&B in old monastery

Posted Aug 2, 2016 on Hotels
Nice B&B on edge of Erice town, located in old monastery. Good breakfast options, room was clean, and wifi worked well. Check out was a bit impersonal but otherwise, a good option in Erice in a unique place. Information on hotels.com indicated they accept credit card, which is not true, as I was informed in a bit of a rude manner.

Beautiful former monastery in Erice

Posted Apr 1, 2016
Location: Erice is a small hilltop town with a study breeze. While our stay was in late March, it is easy to see it would be even more delightful in the summer.
The hotel staff was very helpful. The facility was beautiful and tranquil. Rooms were large and could accommodate a family. Our room had a queen bed and bunk beds. Would consider a longer stay next time for relaxation and meditation. Breakfast was excellent.
