Hidden charges I didn’t know about way too expensive will never come back. Hotel don’t even have a complimentary breakfast and we paid over $300 for the room. I know it’s bayfront but where’s my BREAKFAST!!

Only one staff member was unhelpful. We waited for 3 hours for our room to be ready after requesting early check-in a couple days before. I asked what we could do while waiting - she gave us a brochure for downtown events. With eclipse traffic & no parking left downtown - it was not a feasible suggestion. She said they’d call me when the room was ready. She DID NOT CALL. After she stepped away from the front desk, I asked about our room & surprise it was ready! Amazing how that worked. Every other staff member was lovely. The plugs don’t hold phone chargers, so that was a pain. No napkins or tissue in the main room. Beautiful view.

Marriott gone down hill
Expectations of marriot, not delivered. Yes, nice views as on Lake Erie. 70% of staff friendly. Food highly over rated and excessively over priced!! Room- uncomfortable beds, no microwave (needed for strict food requirements/allergy and celiac), worst refrigerator ever seen. On positive note- accepts dogs. Ours only barked when kids on upper room jumping and screaming and or running in the halways to the pool by our room- which was our entire stay. When checking out-they emailed our bill - correct name-wrong street-city-state associated with my name?!?

Very disappointed
Very disappointed with an issue with nats flying around the room. Very annoying and should not been seen in any hotel let alone one of this hype and price. I was offered a free breakfast and then a minimal discount on the room rate. Token efforts I thought with no sincere apologies.

Best hotel in Erie
We had a room with a balcony, the view is beautiful. Everything about this place is excellent. Bistro for breakfast, the restaurant, food for dinner, and so many other things to do within walking distance. Excellent stay.

Amazing property right on the waterfront. Everything was accessible in the building. Front desk staff was so friendly. She asked if we were celebrating a special occasion on arrival. It was our 50th anniversary road trip. She gave us a $25 gift card for our dinner that night. The Shoreline Grill didn’t disappoint. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
