Tv didn’t work, curtains had holes in them and didn’t close, 1/2 inch gap in the door to go outside and the bathroom door wouldn’t close. The lady checking us in was friendly but had to wait around for someone to check me out and when the guy finally came out he was on his cell phone.

Good afternoon Jill, We are quite troubled by any 1-star reviews, as you can clearly see from our public reviews on all channels, that it is not the typical guest experience that is occurred. Therefore, we have done a full investigation of your allegations... We are surprised to see that you noted so many negative remarks at your time of checkout, as we do notice that upon our standard guest courtesy call performed after your check-in at 3:30pm, that you noted that all was good with your room, and at no point during your stay, did you allow us the opportunity to correct any of these complaints. We have fully inspected your room with our maintenance team and have found there to be no issue with the TV. We do have smart TVs, as advertised, since we are a brand-new property opened in 2022, and we do apologize if you did not understand how to use the TV. We wish that you had let us know so we could have sent a member of staff to provide assistance. We have searched all over the curtains and did find the tiny needle sized hole that you noted, and while I do apologize, we are a bit bewildered as to how that negatively impacted your stay. Furthermore, we have adjusted the bathroom door, and found no issues with the door leading outside of your room, as this is not a complaint that we have ever experienced before in our brand-new hotel. Lastly, I would like to note that we do pride ourselves on having a 5-star team of guest service agents, and in fact, the front desk agent had stepped away from the desk to assist another guest, when you came to check out. Therefore, the staff member that you spoke with when leaving, was in fact a houseman who was clocked out on a break when you came into the lobby. We do apologize that even though he took the time to assist you while on his break, you felt offended that you saw him on his cell phone during his break. We certainly do hope that you are able to find better suited lodging during your next visit to Erie, and once again - we are so sorry that you did not feel satisfied during your visit.

While our stay at the hotel was generally good, there were some aspects that didn’t meet our expectations. We felt insecure in the surroundings, which was concerning. However, I must commend the superb customer service and friendliness of the staff; they truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. One aspect that was disappointing was the charging for the electric charger; it seemed unnecessary to have to pay for its use. Overall, our experience was satisfactory, but not quite as we had hoped.

We were just in Erie for a night to see a friend perform at the nearby Kellar’s Magic & Comedy Club. The hotel was very conveniently close, actually walkable when the weather is warmer. Very well-maintained, clean and comfortable. Place could use a little renovation of the outside walkways that are showing a lot of wear, but otherwise very nice and accommodating.

I have never stayed at a place that insisted I not have guests over. The receptionist was not nice about it either. When I took my shower before checking out, the sink would not drain. That was a disgusting way to start the day. Not acceptable for a motel that is $129 .

Please know that this was not the outcome we wish for our guests, and as you can see from our majority of reviews - usually our staff get great feedback. We will be using this as a coaching opportunity for our team, as it was a very new employee that checked you in and perhaps did not convey things as we intended. You can absolutely have guests to your room, you just cannot have guests that are not registered at the front desk stay in your room overnight, or for several hours, simply for our fire code regulations so that we have correct information on file for all of our guests. Regarding the sink, I am so sorry that this simple maintenance fix seemingly ruined your entire morning, and as we do have maintenance on-site every day, we wish you would have let us know so that we could have quickly corrected this issue. We have had out maintenance team look into this issue and correct it immediately upon receiving your review. We truly hope that you will give us another chance to provide a more pleasant and satisfying stay on your next visit to Erie.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean. I stayed with my husband, two children and my father and we all slept comfortably. We only stayed one night, but the stay was nice.

Property very clean and nice rooms for the price. Nice staff. Area a little sketchy with homeless shelters around (not somewhere I would go for a walk) they kept the hotel feeling secure. A little noisy but typical of a downtown hotel. Half as much as staying on the bay front hotels. Would stay again.

Bed was comfortable, definitely not a queen bed which was what we were told we were getting when we booked the room. The room is a little on the small size but decent. The bathroom size is small, there was plenty of hot water & decent water pressure as well. We were on the third floor & had to carry all of our stuff to our room which took a few trips. The next morning I get up & see that there was a cart that we could have used & was never told that there was one upon check in. There weren’t enough towels in the room, I asked for more & was told i needed to bring the used ones for a trade for clean ones? Well we hadn’t all showered yet because we didn’t have towels so how could I trade ones? I asked for no housekeeping as we would be leaving the next day & didn’t feel the need. We get back to the room neither key would let us in our room. I went to the front desk & they did whatever they do & we finally get in the room & our garbage was gone & 2 new towels were on the bed, that they didn’t make & dirty towels were still left in the bathroom. So if you do end up coming in at least do the job correctly. Again not enough towels for the amount of people in the room. It’s just annoying to have to beg for towels. Well at least I will be able to trade them for some clean ones. All in all it wasn’t too to bad of a stay, more annoyances than anything.

Check-in was east and quick. The room was very large (2 rooms renovated into one suite). 3 queen beds was just what we needed. The only issue we had was the bathroom was not cleaned very well. There was still hair in the shower- on the wall in the tub area and the outside of the tub.

Good afternoon, We are so sorry that our elevator was out of service for less than 6 hours time before management was in for the day. This occurred due to a power company flicker, and the staff working overnight did not have the ability to fix it until management and maintenace arrived a few hours later. We did correct this situation as soon as possible, and we have never had elevator issues prior. Staff has been trained during this experience to ensure better communication with guests as far as signage. We do apologize for the inconvenience that this caused you Mark, and we hope you will come back and give us another chance to do better!
