Nice hotel for the price

Clean room, comfortable bed, very nice staff, adequate free breakfast - stayed just one night but would definitely go back again

The hotel was overbooked and even though we reserved a room more than two weeks prior to our stay, they turned us away and we were forced to try and find a new hotel at 9 pm on Memorial weekend after a 12 hour drive. The worst part was that in the 25 minutes I was waiting in the lobby, the sole staff member gave six different people with a reservation, six different reasons why they were being turned away.

When we arrived the trash can outside was over flowing, once in side at the front desk it was very hot I asked if the ac was broke the Lady said no, once in our room it smelled like DOG, the shower was dirty, the side of the bed was dirty, my wife opened the cabinet to the fridge and the bottom hinge was broke. The hallways were hot and needed swept. So I askedif we could have another room , they got us another room, weleft forawhile and when we came back our key would not work in the door, sowe had to get another key from the front desk. also the elevator was notworking. Needless to say we will not be staying there in the future.

When we got there, the elevator was out of service but the hotel desk person stated all management were off for the holiday weekend. We were on the third floor and had to use the stairs. The desk person appeared to be frazzled by the over load due to problems getting staff to come in, rooms with failing ac and the hotel was completely booked for the weekend. . all in all staff were very nice. As for the room. It was good sized and comfortable but the commode was dirty from pee around the edge under the seat.in our room.

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. Free to bring pets! And free fleas to bring home with you!

The shower had no cold water,Burnett my face and my head..the fan next door was on with a very loud noise we could not sleep.This was the second room they gave us,because there was a bug in it,the second room which had more bugs in it.When we report them to the front desk,they did not care.Stay away from this hotel, as far as you can. The photos are completely false. This is a beaten up ghetto.We wasted our $170 for a rat hole.This hotel was the worst place we had ever stayed.

Sorry, will not be back

Saw a bug (roach?!) crawl across the wall & go behind the desk as soon as we walked in. Felt uneasy all night.
