Was told to "crack the window"Posted Feb 1, 2016
Pros: Nothing. The parking lot wasn't even plowed.
Cons: Customer service for one, updating the hotel for another.
Room was tiny. I have stayed at Microtels before and never had an issue. I asked to be moved to another room because I was feeling a bit claustrophobic and was told to "crack the window" and that "all rooms are the same:. I highly doubt you can put 2 beds in that tiny space. Disgusting. Will never stay there again.

THE GENERAL MANAGER CHECKED US IN HAD ZERO PERSONALITY, I FELT LIKE SHE COULD HAVE CARED LESS IF WE STAYED AT YOUR HOTEL. FOR SUCH A HOTEL , SHE NEEDS SOME HOSPITALITY TRAINING!!

Short vacationsPosted Jan 12, 2016
This hotel is very well located, close to restaurants and shopping malls. You get what you pay. The breakfast is really good. Great coffee, fruit and eggs, cheese and waffle. The rooms need new decoration a little old but clean.

Pros: location price free parking
Cons: smell of smoke clogged bath terrible bed - the mattress has to be replaced if you have low occupancy, don't place your guests to the farthest room
Although the occupancy of the hotel was far from high, we were moved to the room which is the farthest on the third floor. The bath drain was clogged. We were woken up with the strong smell of cigarettes in our room the second morning although the whole wing where we were staying was non-smoking. I still consider this hotel a great budget place to stay in Erie, however, the last visit was quite disappointing.

Nice but small bedPosted Dec 21, 2015
Pros: look above
Cons: look above
Location: near my relatives so it worked for us
Very clean room size was small as was the bed. It was supposed to be a queen but seemed smaller the hotel was not full but they assigned us to the noisey side of the hotel. would have been better , I think, on tae other side. Breakfast was just ok. my wife is on a gluten free diet . not much for her.

It was ok, but not worth the cost.Posted Nov 29, 2015
Small room, small bed, difficult to set the temperature to a comfortable setting. Already looks run down.
