The room was the smallest king size room we have ever stayed in. The bathroom was dirty (shower was grimy and dust in the vent). The room was cold and we couldn’t find a way to turn up the heat. The sign when we walked in said ‘no smoking on this property’. We were reminded of that when we checked in, which is fine, because we don’t smoke. I said ‘if you can’t smoke on the property, maybe you should mention that to the people smoking pot right outside the door’. The attendant said ‘they can’t smoke inside, but they can outside’. Maybe I have a different definition of property.

Probably fine for a night or weekend but not for a multi-day stay. Never cleaned the room in 5 night stay. Had to ask to have the garbage dumped on two occasions. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and had to ask to have it mopped up...did not replace the floor mat that was dirty and soaked.

We do not allow our housekeeping team to go to any stay over guest due to security purpose of our guest and we always ask our guests if they want housekeeping and only then we allow our housekeeper to clean the room. We have changed your garbage bags at a time you told us to change. Please give us another chance to provide you more comfortable and satisfied stay.

We stayed one night at the Sleep Inn. Most hotels in the area were much more money but this was a great deal for what we paid. The room was small but was very clean. The bed was comfortable and there was a good selection of things to watch on the t.v. Lots of food/shopping in the area. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We even received a welcome snack bag with some water and a few treats. Front desk staff was also very polite and welcoming. The only negative thing I can say is that it was noisy because there were many trucks getting on and off the thruway. We would definitely stay here again though if passing thru sometime.

Nice hotel

Tried taking more and more money!
At first our stay was amazing until I told them we were leaving for a different hotel because it was so small. They tried to take $275 for a penalty and when i found out i asked for what and he said, "i think you smoke," WE DONT EVEN SMOKE! I had to block them on my debit card cause each day they tried to take money!

The food for breakfast was good and the people were nice. The rug in the hallway was it vacuumed the week we were there. It was dingy as was the carpet in the room the shower had mildew. A fair amount of traffic noise. The location was great for our purposes.
