Gave stayed at this property before and came back due to overall experience and value from first stay. I booked pnline at Expedia using my credit card info. I had forgotten it in Denver 1435 miles behind but by the compassion and trust of people i did not even know, managed to make it here. Was turned awat wven though i had prepaid online just because of "policy" of needing to have a physical card for incidentals. I offered cash and they still refused to honor my already paid for room. 5 minutes later i had a room at Red Roof Inn, no questions. This is a perfect example of corporate policies getting in the way of common sense, decency for your fellow man, and compassion in a world already too cold and uncaring. it will be my mission for this franchisee to change their unforgiving "policies" to insure common sense ans empowerment to their employees are encouraged.
