Okay but out dated

The staff was great, food great, rooms clean but its out dated but If you are limited its alright hotel!

The whole place is old dirty and uninhabitable

We are currently undergoing some renovation projects throughout the property. However, our rooms rank in top 10% of all Quality Inn hotels nationwide for cleanliness.

Terrible outdated facilities, felt like walkways would collapse beneath me the whole time.

Terrific staff but shabby, dirty rooms. I was disappointed because so many reviews said they were clean. Bed absolutely killed my back and I slept horribly! The breakfast was pretty good compared to other hotels. At Black Jax grill the food was okay but not great.

Cigarette smoke scent was all over the unit. (This was a no smoking unit). I informed the front desk personnel.

Thank you for the feedback. Because this is an outside entrance hotel, our guests sometimes smoke in the walkways and corridors. We have grouped all the non-smoking rooms into one area.

Friendly staff overcomes so-so facilities

The young woman at the front desk was friendly, helpful and very patient. This made up for the fact that the door to our room wouldn't open without a good, swift kick, and the walkway getting there seemed in need of resurfacing.
