Pictures don't even do this property justice. The back yard is really decent sized for being in the city and is fenced in. He allowed us to bring our elderly dog while my mom was having surgery 3 blocks away at Hamot. Being this close to the hospital you could hear sirens and helicopters coming in ...
Close proximity to the water. Would have liked a complimentary brekfast
Had to pay for parking. Hadn’t realized that before but it was nice, convenient parking garage. Wierd French doors on bathroom. We didn’t like that The room was spacious and clean. Linens were clean. Towels were large and fluffy.
I like the intimate and personal touches that hotels do not provide.
Convenient location beautiful view of the lake. Very pleasant staff. Nice room. Very clean.
Older hotel but very nice and clean. Only issue I had was the elevator is very slow. It was quicker to walk up 7 flights of stairs.
Run down, no water in the pool. Shady looking people hanging around
false advertising of continental breakfast /// faulty GFCI elect. outlets in room 304 /// faulty elevator control button panel /// TV cable channels did not include NBC, FOX, CBS, only displayed ABC /// cockroaches /// hotel location is excellent /// property interior and exterior needs serious maintenance ...
The room did have a little bit of animal smell when we first arrived, but the beds and bathroom were clean so nothing much to complain about. I was very surprised that with the highway so close that you don't get much road noise at all. The staff were friendly and helpful as well.
