Excellent

I always stay here. I feel like home. The location is in the city center. Close to all cafes and shops. The room is comfortable. They renovated the rooms. I very highly recommend it ..

Not bad, needs some improvement

Generally not bad but a few annoying points: Had AC set to coldest all night but room was still like an oven and very warm The curtains in the room weren't wide enough to cover all of the windows so had to use a towel to cover one of the windows The bulb for the light as you enter the room was missing so was very dark upon entering the room On a positive the lady at the Bar was very helpful and food menu though short was great!

Good business hotel.

Restaurant and bar onsite was a plus. Breakfast in the morning and was close to our business meeting.

Great hotel in downtown of Erlangen

The location is just perfect to stay for several days. Shopping mall, Supermarket, and Erlangen main station are in a walking distance. The staff were very friendly and well trained. The price was reasonable because the facilities were good enough.

Hotel is under renovation. AC was NG. Had to change rooms due to heat. AC couldn't keep up. New room on different floor- AC was nearly adaquate

Basic, very expensive and bad room service.

Overpriced! very basic. No small towel, I had to ask. the shower gel was not replaced 3/4 nights...

Hotel is too old

The ac was not working The room was very small not like the room on the website They were renewing the hotel while we were staying and that was very noisy to all of the customers

Go to the Novotel instead

The Novotel (just around the corner) is more modern and generally nicer than the NH hotel, even though it has only three stars and is cheaper. I was only in the NH hotel for a few minutes, but it definitely seemed a bit run down: marks on the walls, and a nasty musty smell from the carpet. The worst thing was that this was on a very hot summer's day, and the air conditioning was not working - apparently they were expecting it to be fixed a day or two later. It was stifling in the rooms: I can't believe they expected anyone to sleep there. I would I would have expected them to contact me in advance about this, but they did not. Even worse, they didn't mention any problem at check-in, they just waited for us to come and ask how to adjust the temperature control in the room. The receptionist was helpful in arranging for us to move to the Novotel, but I am very unimpressed that they did not warn us about this in advance and wasted our time and theirs checking us into this hotel.
