Nice hotel with nice service

I really enjoyed the stay in general. Check in was fast. Room was specious with comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The view was OK with partial bay view. The most I liked was the high quality service and the professional staff. Being Expedia gold member, I enjoyed more benefits as this hotel in Expedia +VIP list, such as special welcome, welcome drink, higher speed internet, and late check out. It was a great experience from A to Z

Nice location

Hotel is suitable for single, family, pleasures or business. Nice location near to many restaurants and MOA and other shopping malls.

I was able to do the early check in, and upgraded my room with extra cost. Breakfast and Cocktail serveries in the executive lounge on 10th floor were good.

close to shopping

Pros: the hotel staff are 100%,nothing is a problem they just try harder.
Cons: nothing happy with everything.
robinson shopping within walking distance see the movies if you wish,and mall of asia a short cab ride if you wish

Amazing Hotel Staff

Well my stay started with an employee opening with a warm smile and a friendly hello. The room is simply breath taking. I had an issue with a taxi cab and they took me to one of your sister properties and the Manager Randal Linhart was understanding and got me a ride to my hotel were I was met by manager Benedict and Judeth they were very understanding and offered me taking other means of transportation. I had dinner in the gourmet restaurant Reggie was my server and he was outstanding, Roy in the lounge very attentive. I had an amazing time and the hotel staff made my stay the best it could be.

Pros: The amenities, the quality of the hotel and especially the staff.
One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I enjoyed staying her very much, and would return there on my next trip to Manila.

Nice cozy room overlooking the Manila bay.

Very comfy and amnesties is far from what I am expecting. Very orderly , neat & clean + very friendly and helpful staffs that suits to our stays at the hotel feel at home.

NIce hotel but terrible traffic conditions.

The hotel is nice and definitely value for money. Only problem is getting around in a car, the traffic along Roxas Boulevard is a nightmare. The condition can last till 10pm daily.

Superb Manila Bay view

Hotel is cloe to robinson.

Room look good. But the furniture are old and dirty. Bed is very soft. Would suggest renew furnitures.
