Towels

Pros: Location & Door Man & Security.
Cons: Towels should be changed with new ones.
Location: Good resto and night life is awesome.
Towels are greyish and in one time stinks. My bedsheet had stain when I checked in and they had to replace it.

A great and helpful stay

Pros: The employees professionalism and the cleanliness of our room.
Cons: Slightly windows to block out noise (there was a night club outside our room and could hear slightly the music)
Location: Location wise the hotel is great!!! Theres and bank a minute walk from the hotel and a 7eleven.
Everyone of the employees were helpful and willing to make sure our experience at the hotel was great. Checking in and out were quick and easy, the room service for food was great and tasty. We were assisted in getting from place to place from the hotel whenever we ventured out and explored the city.

Great staff

Pros: Nice roomy rooms, convenient location, great staff.
Cons: It's a little spendy.
Location: Lots of restaurants, food, bars, and the mall is close by. There is a 7-11 and a bank a short walking distance.
The hotel is clean, spacious, and generally nice - all the stuff you would expect: AC works good, plenty of hot water, TV has lots of clear channels. But what stands out are the staff - I injured my toe, badly, on broken concrete while texting and walking in sandals. The nail was broken and bleeding profusely and the security staff took charge immediately and administered very competent first aid, saving me a trip to the hospital. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I return to Manila.

Great staff and hotel.

The staff here is incredibly nice and friendly. Very accommodating. Service is top notch. Roof top pool is relaxing. Restaurant and spa are great. Only thing is the location of the hotel...pretty sketchy....but I felt very safe and sound once inside.

Checked out in two hours!!

Even though we had booked up front for 5 nights to get the discounted rate we checked out in 2 hours of arriving. My wife, a Fillipina didn’t feel safe in the area. Other reviews online about the deprivation of the area are in line with our experience. Hotel clean and pool and spa looked nice.. food we had in cafe whilst we waited for our room, was good and well presented . Our room was basic but clean, overlooked a bulding site. I agree with previous comments on here about the reception area stinking of drains and sewerage. Great for young guys travelling and looking for a good nightlife!! But not for a family or couple . Checked out and went to Holiday inn.. just wished only booked a one night as reception wouldn’t refund any of our stay as it was a confirmed booking

Pros: almost the same as other hotels around......
Cons: Rooms can be improve even better especially cleanliness..........lots of tiny cockroaches found on several occasions wen the power is off........
Not all rooms are great however its easy to get around for transport or eating areas
