Nice hotel with friendly staff

Cons: Buffet breakfast, ready more food to serve hotel guest during peak season
Location: 24 hours local fast food, 7 eleven, Starbucks, Robinson mall, Casino, Pub
We arrived at the hotel around 6.30am, front desk staff very so nice and allow us to check in at 9am. The concierge is very helpful in guiding us where to grab breakfast. Jolibee, Max's, 7 eleven, starbucks, robinson mall is around the hotel within walking distance Buffet breakfast served by hotel is good, but food prepared is not enough for guest during peak season. So please go in early.

Nice hotel, good breakfast

Pros: Good room size, comfortable & breakfast very good
Cons: Rooms could do with a little updating in parts
Location: Handy for the airport
Friendly staff & good service, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, good facilities. We had a very pleasant stay.

Pros: Nice staff , got free welcome drinks and room upgrade. They have special staff that check each room if guests are ok and if they need more supplies l
Cons: need upgrade of the bathroom vanity, tables because stains are visible and looked like it was not clean
Location: just across Manila Bay walk ,close to US embassy and Star city. Walking distance to Robinsons shopping mall
swimming pool was not available for use due to maintenance during stay

Excellent,staff are very helpful and very polite and good manners,well trained,staff always smiling,”food made my taste buds travel”,unbelievable comfort,beds are luxuriously comfortable,amenities such as pool,gym,were perfect,restaurant,lobby is so beautiful,generally all staff are very very nice,looking forward to my next trip to the Diamond Hotel

Unexpected breakfast fee

It was a good stay overall. We booked the package with breakfast thinking that it would cover our whole family. According to the receptionist, the package only covers 2 adult and kids under six. Since my older one is 8, we have to pay half price. It took us by surprise since it was not part of our budget. It must be indicated in their website. The room is more outdated now but still elegant- marble concept. However, it seems that the overall look and appeal of the hotel is dingy. It could be improved with better lighting i guess. Diamond hotel is still our go-to hotel. Location is near everything. However, i believe it needs more improvement now since it still looks the same since i was young.
