Second home

First time in this hotel and definitely will not be the last. Its like home away from home. Very nice room, comfortable beds and nice view from the room. The hotel staffs are very kind and hospitable. I enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you.

I would stay again, I felt safe and staff was very nice and helpful, clean hotel too, JD was excellent As well of the the last week I stay He make sure my RM was clean and He Din so! I would Give him 10 points! Elma A Rushing (USA)

When we checked in, the receptionist asked for 30,000 pesos deposit. I was shocked and was hesitant to giive my card but then I just trust the hotel management. The deposit was cancelled when we checked out. We felt secured as they checked everything before getting in- at the entrance and at the back door - parking area with 2 police dogs

Hotel staff - front desk, staff on site are all polite and greets you everytime Room -nice view. Clean room. Buffet food - not worth the price. Less choices on dessert. Breakfast varieties are not on standard for a 5 star hotel. Other food - not tasty enough. Ran out yoghurt but not refilled. Duty manager - Requested about breakfast switch but not considerate enough. Not help to compare with other hotels. Do better. Check out - no late check out request granted (we have 2 rooms)

Everything is perfect except for morning buffet, can improve with more Asian choices.

Stay away not worth staying here. Poor staff at the pool and below average food.

Hotel by the bay.

An enjoyable and relaxing stay at the Diamond. The Premier room had a beautiful view of Manila Bay. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was professional and polite. I will definitely stay there again.

HOTEL ROOMS

Pros: None
Cons: The rooms looks old and deteriorated.
Location: location is fine but traffic is bad...
I stayed in this hotel in mid 90's and the room looks deteriorated already and never been upgraded. And I felt discriminated with their dress code that is required in some areas of the hotel....
