The room is quite nice, but the bed is very hard. I think this might be a standard in the Philippines, though. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The location is great, everything is clean and the staff is so nice. One thing I didn't appreciate was that one of the staff (Tony) approached me at the mall for money. Can't blame the hotel for one employee's behavior, though.

The hotel was great, check in was smooth and easy, and the rooms couldn't have been better - spacious and comfortable. Only drawback was the shower made the floor wet (maybe I was using the shower curtain wrong? Haha) and the area that the hotel is in seemed a little bit shady to me.

Convenient and Wonderful

I booked this hotel for my parents for 2 weeks and they have nothing but absolute praise for the hotel. They found the hotel staff to the rooms excellent. The location was perfect it was within less than a 5 minute walk to the LRT Pedro Gil Station and Robinsons Mall. The rooms itself was quiet no outside noise coming thru and the building itself is secure with both security and mangers roaming to check the building. My parents would also like to thank the Hotel Manager from Nueva Ecija and cleaner who took care of them beyond their job descriptions. I would book this hotel again for my parents.

The shower isn't great tho. The hotel isn't very new, but definitely worth it. Food was not bad too.

Decent hotel

Hotel was fine for a couple nights. Very basic and nothing fancy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was outdated but fairly quiet and clean. Air conditioning and tv worked. Restaurants and food close by.

Cockroach

What you pay is what you get.Reasonabls price. I stayed here for 4 nights.staff is friendly,But Spa is not available most of the time.Cockroach on my bedroom.Anyway,it's close to Robensons place.Thank's!

Nice hotel close to a huge mall

Pros: Nice friendly well trained staff, location and safety issue
Cons: Bathroom to be larger and bed to be more comfort
Location: Good location close to huge mall , nursing university and train station
I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Location is perfect. Breakfast is acceptable.Outside street is full of people.Street noise is acceptable.
