Close to shopping mall

We expecting our reserve room was available but they give us different room which is different from the one we pay for.thats why we wait for the next available room..we are not fully satisfued..the room was nice in the pic. But different when we came in..

Nice and comfortable

Pros: Easy to locate and very accisible to transportation.
Cons: Nothing for this time being
Location: Minimised the beggars in front the premises.
We fell like we are just staying in our own home, we fell secured and comfortable. We will definitely come back.

nice hotel that is close to everything you need

Pros: friendly services
Cons: beds must not be too soft for comfortable sleeping
Location: close to shopping mall and leisure shops
friendly and excellent hotel services. good variety of buffet foods for breakfast.

Service no more..

I've been a longtime patron of this hotel and only a few of the staff are there that I remember, the ones that value what true service is all about.. those days are gone.

Right downtown

Right in the heart of Manila. Lots of restaurants. Rizal park 5 min walk. Robinson's mall 10 min walk. Room was very clean and staff very accommodating

just right: no hazzle in booking, enjoyed a discount, no hidden cost; enjoyed little things like shampoo, bath soap, lotion, hand soap in dispensers, and of course, hairdryer; prompt service from staff; breakfast; accessibility

Nice accommodation and certainly worth the money. Spurred on by the fact you get free wi-fi. Staff helpful. Not really much to do is the only downfall.
