This my second time staying here. Old but beautiful hotel and very well maintained and affordable. Staff provided excellent customers service. My only, but major concern, is that the Internet is extremely poor. Not a little poor. Extremely poor. I was not able to accomplish a great deal of work.

This is my 4th or 5th stay at the Palm Grove. Its very convenient. The staff is very attentive. One security officer spotted me at Robinsons mall and came over and said hello. It was his day off. Grab was there in seconds. Laundry right around the corner. Much much more! I will return here again

Ive stayed here several times. I have enjoyed my stays everytime. Its very convenient to the mall and dining. This time I found the neighborhood declining a bit. Still a good place.I will return.

Friendly staff assist well….the only downside is the cable disconnection which is not the hotel fault and was informed later…otherwise everything is pretty much good and super convenient so I will be coming back in this hotel every time am in Manila

STAFF ARE ALL ROCK STARS!!! Noted Fade and Cel but everyone was great. All these folks worked at another hotel that was COVID only now but I was happy to see them here. GREAT VALUE
