Dear Sir, We are little taken aback this review of yours. At the time of the check in itself we have informed that, our swimming pool is under renovation , which we are doing for the betterment of our guest. And regarding WiFi, we provide on chargeable basis in rooms an totally free in our lobby as all the other hotels do and its made mandatory by the govt, that Indian sim should be used for the same. For our breakfast, we strongly say that our breakfast spread is one of the best compared to the other hotels around. We always have a mix of Continental, South Indian and Indian spread in the breakfast. All the rooms are equipped with T/C maker, with two bags of tea and coffee sachets and two bottles of water, or as per the occupancy, which is followed by all the classified hotels. Tea and coffee bags are always given extra upon request.

Dear Sir, We really doubt whether you have stayed with us or accidentally got posted in our page. Because your review is totally mismatching with our hotel features and facilities. At the main porch we have a Door man to receive all the guest from the cab, then our Bell Captain to receive and collect the luggage. We have a GRE to welcome and do the check in procedures and to explain our facilities and house rules. Why we said, the review is not about us is mainly bcoz of the comment on our swimming pool, which is under renovation from middle of Feb. So nothing more to make it clear, but REQUEST not to give misguide other guest who check the reviews.

Dear Sir, Presidency is a 4 Star Classified hotel by Ministry of Tourism, India from last two decades. For getting 4 star classification, hotel rooms size is well detailed by the Tourism Ministry. So its clear, we have the large size rooms which more than 220 sq ft and all our bathrooms are with bath tub. We never compromise with the quality, even if its food or facility. We have a wide spread of breakfast buffet comprises of Continental, South Indian and Indian cuisines. It would be of help, if you could specify or elaborate on "Bad"
