Typical Ibis style with simple and uncluttered rooms. Good breakfasts.
RUDE FRONT DESK GUYPosted May 15, 2017 on Hotels
I checked in at the hotel Sunday, April 30 and checked out at 7am, Wednesday morning on May 3. The positives - it's right around the corner from the subway and the hotel gives you a free bus and train pass for the duration of your stay. My room was clean and the location is really good. It's even close to the tram area to go back to the airport. My problem is on the morning of May 3 at 7am. As I was checking out and heading to the train station to visit Prague, I couldn't find my free transportation pass, as I needed to take the tram to the train station. I told the front desk guy ( taller guy with facial hair ) and he seemed to make a big deal out of it. I actually extended an extra day at the hotel and when I told him that I didn't know where my ticket was, he snapped at me and said,"If you can't find your ticket then I can't help you." I was so surprised. Why did he make such a big deal? Luckily, I was able to find it and he kind of reluctantly stamped my ticket. Just dont' understand his attitude. If internet is important, skip this hotel. The basic internet there is free but you have up upgrade and pay for their "fast internet". I was in Europe for 3 weeks ( Vienna, Salzburg, Prague, Cesky Krumlow, Budapest, and Bratislava ) and by far, this hotel had the slowest internet. I would of thought Austria was the more technological advanced country out of all the places I had visited so it would be best at this hotel.

Wonderful location, clean and welcomingPosted Apr 2, 2017
The hotel is in the perfect location. Close to the City Centre and easy for the taxi to get to. The rooms were spotless, and the staff really welcoming and friendly. There is no kettle in the room, but that's far from a complaint when the reception has fresh coffee and bar open 24 hours. We would have no hesitation booking here again.
