"We were supposed to stay at the Aluasun Miami Apartments but in the end our whole group was moved to the Hotel so this review is for the Hotel. The staff was super helpful, nice and patient with us. we were a group of 12 and kept arriving one after another. not at the same time. it was always busy at the reception and the staff worked really hard and still managed to smile and answer our questions. the hotel is absolutely beautiful. recently renovated. we had a sea view. food and amenities are...

"We came on a girls trip and had a fantastic time. Rooms were clean and room service was great; sea view balcony views were exceptional. Pool was perfect, drinks were always available. Walking to multiple dining options, taxis, shops, and the beach. Resort food was decent, we enjoyed the breakfast and lunch. Our only wish was that there was late night dining available during late night hours. However everything else was perfect and we will be back! "

"Our stay at Cala Martina was lovely, for what we paid we didn’t expect 5* and I think that’s what people expect sometimes! Our room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely garden area with 2 sun loungers and a table with chairs, the bed was made everyday apart from when the hippy market was on. The only niggle we had about our room was that the hot water tank was buzzing all night and was pretty annoying but that was our only complaint with the room, it had everything we needed for our stay! One of front desk staff at the location was very rude. He was working the late night shift and yelled at me because I went in the dining hall to get coffee after the another front desk worker nodded for me to go in. When ordering a taxi you have to tell the front desk it takes forever
