Nice hotel , very friendly staff

Beautiful hotel, Clean rooms, friendly stuff. Close to malls, hotel provide transportation.

Will not stay here again!

My daughter and I stayed here on the last night of our Costa Rica trip. I picked this hotel for the shuttle services they offered to different shopping malls in Escazu. We took a shuttle at 6 pm to Avenida Escazu. At the drop off, the driver said we were to be picked up by another driver at 9:10 pm at the same spot. My daughter and I came back at 9 pm to wait for the shuttle and no one showed up. We waited for 35 minutes until we decided to take an Uber back to the hotel. The next morning I complained to their transportation manager, who flat out lied to us by saying the shuttle did pass by to get us. For the inconvenience I asked that they give us the airport transport for free (normally $35) and all they could do for us was drop it to $20. On top of that, their breakfast is terrible. The cereal was old and stale, the bread and donuts were old, and the gallo pinto tasted burnt. FYI this hotel is next to an industrial area, and I was woken up at 4 am by the sound of trucks and workers.

Ok “travel” hotel

This is not a good long term hotel - it is fine for an overnight while traveling - it is bordered on one side by 4 lane highway and commercial property on the other - their are no “views” you cannot walk off the property - their are no sidewalks - only safe way in and out is via car - we had a “suite” on the highway side and woke every morning at 4am to the sound of semis engine braking down the highway.- the restaurant staff were kind and thoughtful

The hotel itself was great, clean, friendly , comfortable. But a $35 airport shuttle each way is ridiculous. and i had to pay for basic toiletries like toothpaste etc.

Access is difficult by car and nearly impossible by foot. Fortunately there is a restaurant on site, but the menu is limited.

Bad service

Our room was not madr after calling front desk 3 times to remind them. Staff was not helpful at all.
