Wasted several hours complaining about broken air conditioner during 32 degree temperature. Staff promised to have it fixed but lied. Had to open window during the night and could mot sleep due to trams, trucks and dogs barking. Mosquetos also were in the room and stopped us from sleeping. Very poor service. Avoid. The only positive was a member of room service who was the only one who spoke great English and helped is seperating the beds as even thos was not done even though i requested this 2 days before!!!

Was poorly maintained, the shower leaked, one of the lights did not work. The are was good tho. Walkable close to the train station and the center.

very clean and tidy. The price is good and the rooms are clean. The employees are always smiling and polite. I realized that it is very well managed by reliable and honest people. I hope they provide good opportunities for employees as well. I'll come again.

Klima su akıtıyordu kerttle çalışmıyor tavan su akıtıyordu bunu ilettiğimde odayı değiştirdiler. Diğer odada da banyo au akıtıyordu. Duş gideri de au biriktiriyordu banyoda vs söyleyince çalışan arkadaş tavan sizin için sorun yaratmaz heralde diye cevap alıyoruz. Ayrılırken ilettiğimizde anlayışla karşılandı ona bir şey demiyorum. Ayrıca ödeme şekline müdahale edildi bu da biraz hoş olmadı. Beklentimi karşılamadı diyebilirim.

Havlu'nun oda da bulunmaması ve geç getirilmesi
iş için gelmiştim. Beklentimi karşılamış olsa da temizliğin daha özenli olması gerekirdir. Nitekim oda da havlu bulunmamaktaydı. Havlu istediğimizde yaklaşık 2 saat sonra geldiğini göz önünde bulundurursak maalesef hizmetin yeterli olmadığı görülecektir. Bunlar haricinde kısa iş ziyaretlerinde gidilebilir olsa da belli bir süre tatil amaçlı gidilmemesi kaanatindeyim

Binadan içeriye girer girmez yüzünüze temizlik kokusu çarpıyor. Çalışanlar aşırı güler yüzlüler. Odalara koyulan havlular paketlerden yeni çıkarılmış gibi tertemiz. Tam anlamıyla f/p konaklama yeri. Anlayışlı çalışanlarıyla kesinlikle daha fazla ilgiyi hak eden bir yer. Ayrıca konum olarak da tam merkezde buradan istediğiniz yere kolayca gidebilirsiniz :)

Odalarda kıyafet dolabı olup olmadığını kontrol etme gereği duymamıştım ama odamızda kıyafet dolabı yoktu . Duş kabininin kapağı yoktu . İki kişilik odada sandalye bile bir taneydi . Buz dolabının kapağı açılmıyordu yatak engel oluyordu o kadar ufaktı
