Couldn’t get in the room, the room card was not working, we had to go down twice to the front desk for them too reregister the card key and finally the person at the desk came to see what was the problem to realize the card readers needed a new battery! After a long trip it was very upsetting, we waited 40 mn to be able to go in our room.

Ohla Barcelona was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The complimentary cava was such a lovely touch and immediately set the tone for a luxurious visit.
The rooftop pool is stunning, with beautiful views over Barcelona and a relaxing atmosphere that feels like a peaceful escape above the city. The location is also fantastic, within easy walking distance of many of Barcelona’s best sights, restaurants, and neighborhoods.
Between the exceptional service, beautiful rooftop, thoughtful details, and unbeatable location, Ohla Barcelona exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
